Cut The Cord serves as the primary liaison between executive teams, field engineers, third-party IT consultants, and telecom vendors to keep complex multi-site rollouts on timeline.

Everything your network needs, handled by one team.

From the cabling in your walls to the internet coming through the door, we design it, install it, and keep it running.

Better internet, zero cost

We shop hundreds of providers for faster, cheaper connectivity. Our fee comes from the carrier, not you.

Point-to-point wireless

Connect buildings and sites with high-speed wireless links. No trenching, no leased lines.

Structured cabling

Fiber and copper installs, clean patch panels, and organized comm rooms. New runs or a full cleanup.

Network design & setup

Switches, firewalls, cameras, and architecture planned around how your business actually works.

WiFi & access points

Business-grade wireless with full, seamless coverage on every floor. No dead zones, no dropouts.

Managed & monitored

We watch your network around the clock and fix issues before they ever slow you down.

Need more than the network? We also handle security cameras, cloud, voice, and learn more about our extended services, ETM & SAAS solutions. One call covers all of it.

Top 10 benefits of working with us.

Going straight to a carrier means quotas, turnover, and one company's pitch. Here is what working with a supplier-neutral partner gives you instead.

01/ 10

Recover lost hours

Hand off the strategizing, vetting, negotiating, and setup. Win back every hour those tasks would have eaten.

02/ 10

Unlimited supplier options

We filter the entire market down to the best-fit providers for your goals, instead of pushing one brand.

03/ 10

Focus on what you do best

Let us handle the tech so your energy goes where it actually grows the business. One more expert on your side.

04/ 10

Stay cutting edge

We keep a finger on the pulse of evolving cloud and telecom tech, so you are always on the right solution.

05/ 10

Greater leverage

Real relationships with carriers and cloud suppliers, which pays off fast when it is time to negotiate or resolve an issue.

06/ 10

A trusted advisor

We work as an extension of your team, with recommendations shaped around your goals. Never a sales quota.

07/ 10

A long-term relationship

Carrier reps change jobs constantly. We are invested in our business and yours, so there is no turnover churn to manage.

08/ 10

No sales pressure

Going direct usually means a one-track sales rep. We carry no quotas, so our advice stays honest and unbiased.

09/ 10

Personalized strategy

A plan built around your specific business by people who live and breathe this. Not a template.

10/ 10

One point of contact

One number to call. Less finger-pointing, fewer headaches, and one team that owns any question or issue.

Better internet for every location. It costs you nothing.

We aren't tied to any one carrier, so we shop the whole market to get you the fastest, most reliable connection at the best price, then handle the entire install. You usually pay the same as going direct, often less. Our fee comes from the provider.

One point of contact. Every site. Nationwide.

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.

Questions, answered.

Can you improve an existing network, or only install new ones?
Both. We can assess the WiFi, cabling, switches, and other equipment you already use, then recommend what to keep, improve, or replace. If you are moving into a new space, we can help plan the network from the start.
What does internet sourcing at no cost actually mean?
We compare providers and help coordinate your connection. Our sourcing fee is paid by the provider rather than by you. You still pay for internet service, and any installation or managed-service charges should be confirmed in your proposal.
Can you help connect multiple buildings or business locations?
Yes. We help coordinate connectivity across locations and design the network around how they need to work together. For buildings on the same property, point-to-point wireless may be an option. We review the sites before recommending a solution.
Do you provide ongoing network support?
We offer managed networking and monitoring alongside installation work. We will discuss the support scope, monitoring, and response expectations with you so you know what is included before you commit.
Where do you provide installation services?
We serve businesses in Charlotte, Davidson, Cornelius, Mooresville, Huntersville, and the Lake Norman area. For projects outside that area or across multiple locations, contact us to discuss the sites and the work you need.
What should I have ready for our first conversation?
A brief description of your business, the locations involved, and the problems you want to solve is enough to start. If you have a floor plan, a recent internet bill, or details about your current equipment, those can help us understand your setup.
